"We had no idea what to do when our basement flooded. Elite Restoration was recommended by a friend. I'm glad I called. Brandon worked with my insurance company and got our basement dried and clean! Thanks Brandon!!!

                                                             Dave W.

I didn't know where to begin when my basement flooded. After calling several different companies I found Elite Restoration

Not only did the owner answer, he personally came to my home to help. None of the other companies even called back. It is obvious that Brandon cares about his customers.

"After getting estimates from different companies, Elite's was the most thorough and easy to understand, and the price was one that fit our budget. Don't call around, just call Elite."

Q: I have water damage in my home what do I do?

A: If you can, stop the source of the water leak. If you can't stop it yourself, contact a plumber immediatley. Next contact Elite Restoration. Our emergency services division can be to your home within 60 minutes.

Q: Will my insurance pay for the damages caused by the water?

A: In most cases YES! It is always a good idea to review your policy with your agent at least once per year to make sure you have the coverage you need.

Q: What if my insurance policy won't cover my loss?

A: If your policy does not cover the damages, we will work with you to get the loss resolved at an affordable rate. We will discuss restoration options and pricing to determine what best fits your unique situation.

Q: My entire basement sustained water damage. Shouldn't we just tear everything out?

A: NO! Our state of the art drying equipment can remove moisture fast and efficiently. Water extraction alone removes 85% of water from the carpet and pad. With air movment and dehumidification we can remove an additional 30 gallons per day! 8/10 water losses don't require demo.

Q: How do you really know it's dry?

A: Using the most advanced moisture detection meters, we are able to monitor the wet materials daily and record the reduction in moisture content. We can monitor the surface and the interiors of almost any structural material. Once dry standard is met, the water mitigation process is complete.

Q: Should I be worried about mold?

A: Mold is not something to take lightly. However, mold requires about 72 hours of wet materials, in low light with a relative humidity of 60% to really start the growing process. As long as the material is not compromised and the drying process is under way mold will not be an issue.
